Ovulation Stimulation

Doctor generally starts the Ovulation Induction process with a combination of oral medications such as letrozole and combines it with injectable gonadotripins to help increase egg quality.
The stimulation procedure is monitored through ultrasound which is performed every 3 to 4 days along with blood hormone measurements including estradiol and progesterone. Once the majority of the follicles are having size about 16 to 20mm size ovulation is triggered with HCG and the intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedure is performed 24 to 40 hours later.
